Factory Collections Bristol

Jam Inns Ice Factory is location in Fishponds in Bristol. We’ve been there 11 years now moving from a previous site near Bedminster. During the summer months May to end August we offer a collection window on a Saturday morning for pre-arranged & pre-paid collection orders.

Please note you cannot turn up to the factory on the Saturday morning without a pre-arranged collection time window. We are a busy hub for commercial clients, vans, trucks & lorries. We have no payment / invoices facilities at the factory on Saturday mornings for people turning up so please make sure if you need ice for collection this is a advanced order collection as non of our staff will be able to help you on the day if you do not have a pre-arranged collection.

Collection orders are perfect for weddings, private events & event companies running events in Bristol or surround on Saturdays. You can pop to our factory on a pre-arranged morning collection slot these are typically early morning on a 1 hour collection window. You pull into one of our loading bays & then one of our team will come out to load your vehicle.

To load your vehicle our team will bring the ice out on a pallet truck, if you are in a car if theres space in the boot, the staff will pop the ice in, if you need to drop the rear seats forward we recommend you do that before arrival. If you have a van our staff will load the ice in the back of your van. If you need it put into ice cool boxes we recommend you have a member of staff or your driver you send down just get these out so our staff can load you up.

We only fork ice in on pallets & supply pallets if you are collecting 700kg + of ice. Otherwise it will be handballed in lose bags to your vehicle.

Minimum factory collection order is 100kg

Bag Pricing 10kg Cubed or Crushed Ice:

10-15 bags = £8.35 per bag

16-30 bags = £8.15 per bag

31+ bags = £7.90 per bag ** (please note this lowest bag price is only available as a special discount for this volume if paying invoices by bank transfer. If you wish to pay via debit or credit card for this volume or higher we will charge the £8.15 bag rate).

Delivery Charges:

Factory Collections are exempt from delivery charges.

Payments Methods:

All orders are invoiced out on email, there is two ways to pay either bank transfer or we also have payment links on the invoices to pay via debit card, credit card & apple pay.

Payment Terms:

For one off orders we require you to pay in full to confirm the order within 24 hours of invoice. Please note if you are ordering for a next day delivery the payment would need to reach us latest 5pm the day before.

For regular business clients we just need invoices cleared in full by latest 5pm the day prior to delivery to allow our factory team time for load planning for the following day. Please note if payments are not received by 5pm the day prior to delivery unfortunately the load will not show on our load planning software & the delivery will be rescheduled for a future date.
