Tuesday (year round) **(orders over 500kg Tuesday - Saturday)

We have scheduled ice deliveries across Wiltshire & Somerset on Tuesday afternoons 12pm - 3pm. If you are looking for a large volume order of 500kg + please contact us as we can offer this volume Tuesday - Saturday.

UPDATE: 06/07/26 WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT TAKING ANY NEW CUSTOMERS ON FOR DELIVERIES UNTIL AT LEAST 4th AUGUST. We are only supplying our existing business customer base & pre booked festivals & events until then for deliveries. We have a small number of limited collection slots on a Saturday mornings each week from our factory. Minimum collection order is 100kg please see our factory collections page. Please note this is a pre-order facility we are not a shop so please don’t turn up on the day as we won’t be able to help.

Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges for Wiltshire & Somerset are £25 (we have separately rates for Glastonbury festival due to volume).

Payments Methods:

All orders are invoiced out on email, there is two ways to pay either bank transfer or we also have payment links on the invoices to pay via debit card, credit card & apple pay.

Payment Terms:

For one off orders we require you to pay in full to confirm the order within 24 hours of invoice. Please note if you are ordering for a next day delivery the payment would need to reach us latest 5pm the day before.

For regular business clients we just need invoices cleared in full by latest 5pm the day prior to delivery to allow our factory team time for load planning for the following day. Please note if payments are not received by 5pm the day prior to delivery unfortunately the load will not show on our load planning software & the delivery will be rescheduled for a future date.
