Jam Inns Ice Delivery cater for Ice Supply to almost all major events & festivals in the South West England & South Wales every year. Over the year we have millions of customers that will sip an ice cool drink with Jam Inns Ice.

We supply the biggest global festivals with a few hundred thousand guests to one-off events for just a few hundred guests.

We are the trusted supplier to many event companies that return year after year & understand a solid, trusted, reliable supply chain is what makes running a festival enjoyable on a returning year.

Below is the minimum orders per location / days.

Bristol =

40kg minimum (Tue - Thurs)

100kg minimum (Fri)

150kg minimum (Sat)

500kg minimum (Sun *summer only)

Bath =

150kg minimum (Tue - Sat 10am - 2pm)

outside of these times extra delivery charges apply above normal

Newport & Cardiff =

100kg minimum (Thurs 3pm - 6pm)

200kg minimum (Saturday 3pm - 6pm)

500kg minimum any other day / time.

Cheltenham & Gloucester =

200kg minimum (Wed 12pm - 3pm)

500kg minimum any other day / time.

Wiltshire & Somerset =

200kg minimum (Tues 12pm - 3pm)

500kg minimum any other day / time.

Bag Pricing:

4 - 14 bags = £8.75 per 10kg bag (only available to regular weekly business customers)

15 - 30 bags = £8.50 per 10kg bag (only available to regular weekly business customers)

31+ Bags = £8.20 per 10kg bag (only available to regular weekly business customers)

Standard Rate Non Regular Customers = £10 per 10kg Bag

Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges depend on location contact us to discuss.

Payments Methods:

All orders are invoiced out on email, there is two ways to pay either bank transfer or we also have payment links on the invoices to pay via debit card, credit card & apple pay.

Payment Terms:

For one off orders we require you to pay in full to confirm the order within 24 hours of invoice. Please note if you are ordering for a next day delivery the payment would need to reach us latest 5pm the day before.

For regular business clients we just need invoices cleared in full by latest 5pm the day prior to delivery to allow our factory team time for load planning for the following day. Please note if payments are not received by 5pm the day prior to delivery unfortunately the load will not show on our load planning software & the delivery will be rescheduled for a future date.
