Jam Inns Ice Delivery cater for Ice Supply to almost all major events & festivals in the South West England & South Wales every year. Over the year we have millions of customers that will sip an ice cool drink with Jam Inns Ice.

We supply the biggest global festivals with a few hundred thousand guests to one-off events for just a few hundred guests.

We are the trusted supplier to many event companies that return year after year & understand a solid, trusted, reliable supply chain is what makes running a festival enjoyable on a returning year.

Below is the weekend minimum orders, for regular business customers see the delivery locations pages for each location as we have scheduled deliveries to each location on specific days of the week with lower minimum volumes.

Bristol = 40kg minimum

Bath = 100kg minimum

Newport & Cardiff = 100kg minimum

Chelteham & Gloucester = 500kg minimum (on weekends)

Wiltshire & Somerset = 500kg minimum (on weekends)

Bag Pricing 10kg Cubed or Crushed Ice:

4-9 bags = £8.65 per bag

10-15 bags = £8.35 per bag

16-30 bags = £8.15 per bag

31+ bags = £7.90 per bag ** (please note this lowest bag price is only available as a special discount for this volume if paying invoices by bank transfer. If you wish to pay via debit or credit card for this volume or higher we will charge the £8.15 bag rate).

Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges depend on postcode so contact us to discuss.

Payments Methods:

All orders are invoiced out on email, there is two ways to pay either bank transfer or we also have payment links on the invoices to pay via debit card, credit card & apple pay.

Payment Terms:

For one off orders we require you to pay in full to confirm the order within 24 hours of invoice. Please note if you are ordering for a next day delivery the payment would need to reach us latest 5pm the day before.

For regular business clients we just need invoices cleared in full by latest 5pm the day prior to delivery to allow our factory team time for load planning for the following day. Please note if payments are not received by 5pm the day prior to delivery unfortunately the load will not show on our load planning software & the delivery will be rescheduled for a future date.
